Returns and Refunds Policy for AUROLOGY

At AUROLOGY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple returns and refunds policy. Please take a moment to read through the following terms.

1. Returns:

  • We offer returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at msmaurology@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued in the form of store vouchers that can be used for future purchases at AUROLOGY.
  • Once your return is processed and the item is inspected, you will receive a voucher for the amount of the returned item(s), minus any applicable return shipping fees.
  • The store voucher will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days after your return is approved.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:
    • Items that are marked as final sale.
    • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
    • Personalized or customized items.

4. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at msmaurology@gmail.com with a photo of the damage or defect.
  • In such cases, we will arrange for a full refund in the form of a store voucher or an exchange, at your preference.

5. How to Return an Item:

  • To return an item, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via email at msmaurology@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
    2. Once your return request is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
    4. Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund in the form of a store voucher.

6. Exchanges:

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, you may return the original item for a store voucher and place a new order for the desired item.
